They will steal your money and blame it on you! Booked a room through Expedia. I came in at 2 am, gave them my card, was given a room key. Went up to my room, only to be woken up at seven in the morning by an extremely rude front desk female clerk. She told me that there was “supposed to be nobody in the room, good thing had the deadbolt on the door because she just barged in then asked me my first and last name and told me that there was no reservation on the room. I told her clearly there was a reservation, because otherwise, how did I get a room key? I told her I made a reservation with Expedia the night before and checked in and if there was some sort of problems with her computers that she needed to go fix it and leave me alone because I was extremely tired. She called me back 20 minutes later asking for a confirmation number and then told me that my room had been canceled. And that she would look into it further and call me back in an hour. I was exhausted, tired and couldn’t go back to sleep so I got up and left. Figuring they would deal with their own technical difficulties later. Two or three hours later and they charge me for two nights instead of one. I then went to the location only to have them argue with me about their errors in their computer system instead of apologizing for only allowing me to get five hours of sleep they just kept going on and on about how their computer system works. I eventually had to call corporate and that is how I got my money back.
