It was good. Had a room on the second floor. The restaurant is on the same floor and is incredibly loud. Other than that it was good. I’d stay there again but ask for a different room location.

Not a hotel for couples.........
The hotel is ok but we booked it for the availability of the hot tub after skiing but were very disappointed that in the 5 nights we were there, we were not able to use the hot tub before getting reading for dinner as it was full of groups - were told that it would be available after 19:00 which is no good when dinner reservations for the same time! We did complain but were told that there is a 30 minute time limit but we were told at 17:00 to come back at 19:00 - this isn't 30 mins. They should have a booking system in place and make sure that access is fair to all guests. Also, should have noted that groups = noise and the fact that there were ear plugs provided in the room raised a red flag too. Room was comfortable but you had to ask for it to be serviced.
