We chose this place because it was advertised as sound proof honeymoon suite for a romantic get away. Could hear all guests and hall traffic, total mood breaker. Rooms need maintenance aside from cosmetic decor and not as advertised. Parts were broken and need repair and some not installed but sitting there for looks. Received partial refund, just for the last day of our 2 nights, we didnt stay the full term. No compensation for the horrible experience.

The staff is absolutely spectacular and very friendly. The reason for the review being the way it is is I found a tube of KY jelly under my bed and it didn't belong to me. The parking lot was absolutely covered in thick ice and very very slippery. Other than the KY jelly the room was clean just an oversight I'm sure. Staff is very friendly.

Amazing staff, from reception to dinning waitress. Food was excellent and room comfortable. Only complaint was the size of the bathroom was small. Space from the coat closet could of been ised to make it not so crammed.
