This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The toilet in my room was backed up and the front desk staff handed me a plunger to go and fixed the toilet and he also told me to make sure I returned the tool once I’m done. I had booked 5 nights stay but I had to check out early and get another hotel to complete my stay in Boston. The hotel staff refused to clean the room saying they only clean on checkout. The banquet manager David had to intervene when the front desk guy named Erick refused to fix our toilet. This hotel definitely owed me a refund.

Person in next room was loud kept me up all night had only 2 hours sleep , usually a good stay here but last time not so much also the heat wasn’t working correctly for me so was very cold the whole night
