As always we absolutely adored our stay here! Our stay was to celebrate our 5 year anniversary, we stayed here I think every year since we were married, including our first night together and enjoyed every moment. The hotel is absolutely beautiful!

The property is still beautiful outside and reception area, however the rooms are really outdated and beds need replaced not the comfort of years gone by sadly

Hot tub had floating sCUM in it . Blood stains on carpet throughout room. Dirty towel behind bathroom door. Blood stains on shower curtain. Definitely not appealing. Bed is clean and comfy tho.

Outside is beautiful and the lobby area too. The rooms and hallways are muggy and the beds are dated and need new mattresses and shower curtains. Staff are not helpful outside of anything behind the counter. Overall a 1.5 star experience.

Weekend in Buffalo for a hockey game
We enjoyed our room. We were in town for the Sabres game. The hotel is about 20 minutes from the arena. We didnt want to stay downtown. The room was clean and spacious. We had a king room with the whirlpool. The bed was a bit softer than we normally like, but not uncomfortable. The staff was nice. We didnt need to contact any staff for any issues. The hotel is very conveniently located off the thruway exit. Plenty of restaurants and shopping a short car ride away. Parking was convenient and ample.
