Everything about this property was nice, I enjoyed being able to spend time with my daughter, and not having to worry about a nasty hotel room. Service was excellent and rooms were clean and quiet.

First time in a while staying at a Crown hotel. Staff was fairly friendly and the rooms were very nice. The cleaning crew did a great job and I thought the amenities were very nice.

Everything was okay except the room smell. Avoid room 625 at all cost! It had a smell that they and myself could not get rid of…one employee thought it might be a gas exhaust or something from the restaurant below…but wasn’t in room much thankfully and dealt with it instead of changing because I had so much stuff/kids…
