They had people painting and caulking outside my door, the shower head and soap dish were falling down, the linens are worn out, the soap has a strange film, not enough trash cans. On the plus side the location is great and we could watch fireworks on the balcony that I think were at the ball field. Parking is good and the air was cold, bed was okay. It's worth staying if what you need is the location.

I have a bad experience with the room , toilet running water all night can’t sleep, they give me another room and air conditioning was next to my righ say about 2 feet from the bed , so was too cold went I turn on and was hot went was off , no good experience

Great Hotel! Nice Rooms!
The hotel is very nice. The staff were all amazing! We had one of only a few rooms that had a balcony and we enjoyed it very much! Moxie's had some great food, although it's a little pricey. The area is nice and has ton of eating options.

The BEST Hotel in Frisco/Plano!
Our stay was perfection as always. Alicia at the front desk is AMAZING! She goes above and beyond to make sure that you feel welcomed and that your stay exceeds expectations! Both times I’ve stayed recently it was for birthdays (mine and then my boyfriends) and she made sure to celebrate us and give us some really sweet extras that made the stay even more awesome! I LOVE The Sandman, and always will, and recommend it to any and everyone!

The moment we walked in we were warmly greeted. Alicia was so friendly and pleasant. I can honestly say that I have stayed at a lot of hotels and this has been among one of my favorites! Will definitely stay again when visiting the Dallas area!
