Bed bugs- bad management
Everything was going well, until we woke up in the morning. My wife found a bed bug crawling on her, on the blanket. My wife killed the bug and I took a picture. My intention was to inform management, due to the possibility of infestation. The desk employee and manager were very nice and they were polite. Then the owner/general manager arrived with his dog. He was informed and immediately became defensive. At one point accusing me of bringing it in. He told me the shape was wrong, the color was wrong, and that bed bugs cant be squished. He took a picture of my picture, said he sent it to his "bug guy". I checked out and he said it was not a bed bug because the "leg structure". That he'd give me a "discount". First, I never asked for a refund. Second, his accusatory demeanor was unprofessional.
