Our stay was almost perfect. Beautiful hotel! The rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious. Nice view from our room. Hotel was not handicap friendly. My aunt, who uses a cane for bad knees, traveled with us on this trip and they only had one elevator working for the entire hotel stay. We had to climb 5 flight of stairs while my aunt waited 40 minutes to make it up to her room. The valet was quick and friendly. Staff was all nice. Very close to Minute Maid Park. We enjoyed our trip, just wish AT LEAST 2 out of the 5 elevators were working.

Rooms are nice and clean. Only 1 elevator works so be prepared to wait quite a while to get up to your room or to come downstairs. There is no parking, so you'll have to valet at $50 per day. The onsite restaurant if fine if you want a quick drink, but its served in a paper cup. The food is terrible - think stadium food: crinkle cut freezer fries, liquid stadium cheese, etc. What's good here, is the staff. Everyone was pleasant and accommodating.
