We arrived after a day of travel. 11pm. Had two delayed flights. The staff was rude. Not personable. We were informed we did not have a reservation. After further questioned we were told to call Travelocity. That was it. You don’t have a room. Call Travelocity. We continued to question and then were told that another hotel was honoring reservations. But we had to call Travelocity. Travelocity staff was wonderful. They made sure we not only had the funds to get transportation to the other hotel but that the room was ready for us. The customer service at Green Tree was horrific. The job is hospitality. The people at the desk are the face of the business. The people they have working the evening shift should no longer have jobs. They basically just turned us out.

This hotel is terrible absolutely unwilling to compromise, or give a refund when my flight was canceled and I couldn’t make it to the room tonight. Thoroughly disappointed with this hotel. Waited for five hours in the Charleston airport while the flight was delayed, then moved up then delayed and then finally canceled the hotel. Staff didn’t care and would not even work with the Travelocity rep when she asked him for a courtesy.

Bare bones hotel needing repairs.
Super basic hotel. Our room was clean, but offered no amenities. No coffee pot, or iron, just an office chair and bed. The hotel overall needs repairs, carpet is dirty, walls need painting. The workout room is a joke. Broken machines that don’t work. Elliptical fell apart while I was on it. Treadmill doesn’t work. Breakfast was just about the least amount of offerings I e ever seen. The shuttle to the airport did work out well for us.

Never booked again
Due to weather conditions, the flight was canceled and I had to book a hotel near the airport for the night. I contacted the hotel for the shuttle bus and arrived at the pick-up location. I waited for more than an hour but there was no one. During this period, I made countless calls and the hotel never answered. The next day, I got on the hotel's shuttle bus to go to the airport. I was already seated, but I was forced to get off because they said there were not enough seats. However, another guest, who is white got on the bus after me, was not asked to take off.

Terrible. I am very reluctant to give poor reviews of staff and facilities. But this place deserves a negative 5 star if I could. The room they gave me was not cleaned since the previous day. The proof was not just the dirty sheets and garbage. It was the time on the Denny's take out receipt that was on the empty food containers left right on the desk. What's worse is that they did not clean the room nor did they give me a refund. I didn't even stay in that filth and immediately returned the key and asked for a refund after I saw the room and took photos. Messaged and called the manager Jose the next morning according to the front desk staff that gave me his number. Guess what? No answer, nothing. Disrespectful to say the least.
