From the greeter to the valets was phenomenal. Bar was busy but very attentive & services were amazing. Never knew what celebrities will pop up on you! We saw 2 at the bar literally sat next to us. Location was beautiful. Close (walk) to galleria (mall) & Waterwall Park. Beautiful attraction. Our stay was AMAZING!!!!

The people at the property were amazing! The bar staff never stopped hustling with a huge crowd for the National championship game and they never stopped. They were pleasant, hard working and so were those in the restaurant. The hostess was a doll! Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable!

The hotel had everything I wanted: coffee bar, cocktail bar, gym, nice size rooms, and convenient location. The Galleria was directly across the street! I also thought the staff was friendly, helpful, and very pleasant.
