Wonderful service but lacking everywhere else
First off, they had the BEST service. We always felt welcomed and everyone working there were so hospitable and friendly. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was lacking. We stayed for almost a week and the entire time the elevator was broken. There wasn't a full bathroom set available (examples: shampoo but no conditioner, no toothpaste, etc.) and the room had an overall weird smell. I'm not sure I would come back until some changes were made, but I will miss the people working there.

Went with a group of 7. Accessible location. Elevator was broke. Had to carry luggage up the stairs. Breakfast was barely OK. Not much cheese in eggs, and no hashbrowns or potatoes. Property is very old. Air conditioner makes a lot of noise. Place needs a lot of renovation. Marking it 3 star because bed sheets and restroom were clean.

We had an overnight stay after the CFP National Championship game. The hotel was generally fine in all respects except that the elevator did not work that night. The man behind the counter kindly offered to help us with our bags, though.
