Staff was very helpful. Even checked to see if everything was in order after being in room. Fridge. Microwave and coffee machine in room. Clean and warm. Will be back

I'm a regular visitor at this hotel as I have business in a near town. But this visit was very frustrating. Unfortunately the neighbouring room was occupied by drunk fighting teenagers yelling and making a total riot ALL night. I made multiple complaints to no avail. I had to spend 7 hrs the next day driving on almost no sleep !

There isn't an explanation that pet fees will occur every night however you do not receive housekeeping services, so why the extra charge.
