I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was quiet and looked beautiful. The customer service was top-notch and a big reason I would want to return. Marcy at the Envy Restaurant was fantastic and the food was great, too. There were only a couple issues: I had asked for an additional comforter at check in and never received it. Housekeeping came and tidied up, but didn't clean: the bathroom floor was a mess. Also, lotion wasn't restocked, which is kind of a big deal because it's Las Vegas. Lastly, a light went out in the bathroom and it was either ignored or never turned on (I just assumed it would have been checked). Overall, I would absolutely stay here again.
