very short walk to the beach, rooftop bar and other bars throughout the hotel are nice, numerous restaurants and shopping you can walk to as well.

Hotel was really nice and extremely convenient to the beach and restaurants. Also the hotel has a nice rooftop area and other bars throughout the hotel. I will definitely stay there again.

Great location. Very convenient to be near the beach, restaurants at Ocean Drive and Art Deco area. Place is small but it has been warned. It is very very small. That that isn't the issue since was prepared for it. Even if small, more shelves and can be put on the walls or have a bed headboard with shelves. I had no place to put my glasses and there is only 1 plug which was not convenient given how cell phones and tech is important. Lucky friend brought plug that had multiple plug in Shower was so clogged up that we were worried water would overflow. They brought engineer to remove a huge bunch of hair. With the way it was clogged up and amount of hair and no one noticed, you know the shower was not cleaned. The water did not drain immediately and so if the shower was cleaned after each guest, would have seen how clogged up the shower was. Housekeeping progressive become worse. We had no hand towels, and no soap. One day we had to even call them to clean the room and that was at 3pm. Front desk staff are friendly but the line up to check in, check out and pick up suitcase is ridiculously. They rarely have 2 workers and when they do, one has to answer the phone and so really only one person works. So it get soo lined up and so you are waiting at least over 10min. Lastly they offer complimentary coffee and tea. Even at 8am, coffee could run out or the hot water for tea. No one comes to check and refill so they offer complimentary tea/coffee but you still have to buy

You get what you pay for
Tiny micro room, but I expected that from the reviews however the shower was musty like they don't use bleach or cleaner, I kept my flip flops on. 2nd floor very loud, hard to sleep. Rooftop was pretty but dingy and worn. Stains on cushions. 2 drinks and chips and mid guacamole will run you 90 bucks at the restaurant. They add 20% heat for anything which is an ok standard but you have to order drinks at bar and grab them yourself. 49.00 a night parking. The bartender downstairs in lobby by had 2 customers and completely ignored us. The most impressive thing with the hotel is the decor in lobby areas and outdoor courtyard for cute pics but you can just pop in and snap a few pics and stay at a place that provides comfort and quality.

Good vibe!!! But Rooms are tighhhhtttt!!! 4 people staying in a two bed room will be very cramped. My stay was with one other person, so 2 in the room. No space to put ur bags, so not a place for a long stay This is the only issue I had.

Room so tight no closet no window no balcony no table, bathroom couldn’t close all the way. They overcharged me $400 and the front desk was insisting they didn’t. Then she looked again after me insisting and there was an overcharge. Were it for them they wouldn’t mind of course. They promised I would get the overcharge back in my card with the incident fees also. Let’s see what happens. Would not recommend it. Had an unpleasant stay unfortunately.

Fun friendly environment! Rooms are a little small but it didn't bother us because we were out and about during the day and only in the room at night. Beautiful hotel, restaurant, roof top and pool! Within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shopping!
