Elevators require maintenance. Room was a junior suite and toilet did not work properly. Quite expensive $2000.00 for a weekend stay to have to fix the toilet tank each time we used our toilet. Staff made a note at check-out however, did not offer any other rebate. The outdoor spa and staff were wonderful.

High price and feels like a budget motel
Poor hotel for a USD 900.00 per night stay. No taxis and hotel shuttle to go to restaurants. It's a nightmare. When asking for a Taxi, instead of calling them. They handled a business card and told me to do it myself. Breakfast food is poor. Room is outdated. Awful furniture, bad view. It's like a cheap hotel. Staff is rude. They deactivated twice the access to my room and also canceled charges to the room, when asking why they said it was a mistake from their side. No complimentary bottles ofwater and wifi. Not turn down service at rooms at the evening. Etc...
