Non stop running and jumping in the room above us till 11 pm then started up again at 6 am.The shower head exploded and hit me in the face spraying water all over the bathroom completely drenching the ceiling and walls while i was taking a shower there was no maintenance people on site to change it so we had to use the shower in another room because they didnt have any other suites that could accomadate us.The website states a arcade room so my kids were extremely disapointed when the staff told them there wasnt one at this location and the kiddy pool sprinklers are no longer functional.There was no apology for the incovenience of the shower so needless to say we will never visit this establishment again.
