Beautifully designed Hotel and amazing staff! Enjoyed all the bars, restaurants etc and location is great for walking to different fun spots. Make sure to have Monique make you an Old Fashion! We rated hers the best we had while visiting Nashville :)

The property was acceptable. Room was small but well appointed. Service was not good. Also, left a couple of items in the room. Called back 1 hour after leaving. Was assured it would be taken care of. It was not. Called back 5 times. Disconnected or full voice mail. I am sure someone just stole our clothing. Ridiculous

While the hotel was very clean, it lacked in other areas. the basement bar was never open anytime we checked over the 4 days. the hotel lobby bar was randomly open also. closed to a private party on our last night. the worst part about the trip was the temperature. our room was consistently 72 (HOT) however, the last night we couldn't get it under 76, it was quite awful to sleep in. we had it set to 66 to try and get it lower and it wouldn't budge

The location was perfect… short walk to the center of the music scene. The staff was exceptional (especially Maria at reception). The beds were super comfortable and we couldn’t have been happier.
