Took 15 minutes for someone to come check us in. Others waiting. I noticed after check out I was charged twice and still waiting for a refund.

Felt like it was more of a motel than a hotel. Elevators were in the parking lot and didn’t feel safe using them with children. Front lobby checkin was in a convenient store and the front desk receptionist was not friendly at all. Rooms smelled musty and after 2 hours of being there left to find a different hotel. Told the front desk of our situation hoping to get a partial refund but was denied . I DO NOT suggest this hotel/motel, unless you are absolutely desperate. Reached out to Expedia to see if they could help, they reached out to the hotel and they themselves found the front desk associate rather rude. Says a lot about this venue .

Not great - pictures are misleading
Condition of hotel was not what was shown in pictures. It is more like a motel with room windows facing outward to deck/walkway so limited privacy. Cold water did not work only hot came out of fixture. Elevator is not in lobby but goes to parking garage so safety and convenience problem. No choice but to valet and it adds 20%+ to daily rate. Lobby is uncomfortable and dark. Breakfast buffet is what you would expect

A pair of shorts were taken from our room and it is somehow my husbands responsibility for them being taken… explain that. You can hear people in the hall as though they are in the room with you at all hours of the night. Upon check in there were used KCups as well. The front staff was rude and unwelcoming. Nice valet drivers even though it’ll take 30 mins for your car.

I was expecting more. This is basically a motel with a few nicer rooms in limited carpeted hallways. Although it is close to TPAC and the Capitol you still get a lot of broadway drunks. The king room is so small my husband and I could not pass by each other. The room itself was clean and staff were friendly but otherwise this place is a dump. I will not stay here again.
