We enjoyed our stay at the NOPSI. It was a short walking distance to Bourbon Street and the French Quarter, as well as many popular restaurants such as Ruby Slippers and two chicks. We will definitely be back.

The hotel is good. Not really up to par for charging a $25 per night resort fee however. The valet staff were exceptional! However, Tayler at the front desk was our first encounter and should find another occupation. We didn’t have an issue just terrible attitude when checking in and then the following day when asking a question. Terrible first impression

The property is nice. The restaurant food was not good at all. It would be nicer to have additional food options. The bar service was outstanding. The restaurant staff were wonderful. The food did not have the flare you are expecting while being in New Orleans .
