Day 1, I noticed the refrigerator wasn't cold. I tried to adjust it but the knob was missing. Day 2, no service to the room so I tried to call the front desk, but the phone didn't work. I walked to the office and told them the refrigerator and phone didn't work and that I didn't get clean towels or the trash emptied. They told me that I had to request service for the room, so I told them I wanted service every day of my 6-day stay. Day 3, still no service or repairs made to the refrigerator or phone. Long story short, after multiple complaints (and my having to get nasty), they replaced the fridge on Day 4. They never did fix or replace the phone. We killed three cockroaches in the room. The shower curtain rod was broken so the curtain would close during our showers. The only clean towels we got was when I caught the maid with her cart and got them directly from her. She also took our trash. ONE day of service the entire stay and only because I asked the maid directly. The recessed light fixture over the door was hanging from the ceiling. The curtains didn't block the light from the "porch light" that couldn't be turned off, so the room was lit up all night long. It rained much of our stay, so we got very few TV stations (Direct TV). There were not enough parking spaces for guests, so every night the spaces would fill up and people just parked all over the place (double parking and out in the open space). One morning, I was totally blocked in. Trash all over outside. 0/10!!!
