This was a terrible experience. There is no parking that is free nor inexpensive, and the staff told us to park in the under ground garage across the street. We assumed the staff was being friendly given a decently priced parking option, but it was $36 a day. We spent over $200 in parking. The last night of our stay, we parked at another indoor parking, that was even closer and it cost only $4.00 for the night. Exterior of the hotel was as clean as you expect for Downtown Portland. The security stayed inside the whole time, and wasn't up to par with other area hotels.

Staff has failed to reach out to me paid $48 to have my vehicle valeted when I received my car back the following morning they had hit my car no one seem to be concerned or apologized have contacted hotel they would not give me the supervisors information stating there was not a phone number to contact them at. Will definitely not recommend this location filing with my insurance to have this disputed

The hotel room is clean and spacious, especially the roof height. The staffs are very friendly. We only stayed for one night and left early in the morning for a competition, so haven't used any hotel amenities except the gym. Generally the hotel is great. The only thing not very satisfied is the parking, $48 valet parking is a bit expensive. But I can understand it is in downtown Portland. The area around has some homeless and people having drugs, the feature of Portland maybe.

The staff wasn’t welcoming on call , on request to transfer booking to other location. The staff didn’t greeted well on check in and very to the point talks. The Valet parking lady was very polite. Overall didn’t enjoy stay. They show price very low but letter on add parking add breakfast you end up paying lot of $$. Also don’t book this hotel if you are visiting Oregon convention center- there is one more courtyard by Marriott exactly next to convention center.
