We had a five day four night stay in this all inclusive resort and we were only allowed to visit the restaurants twice we had to make reservations in advance, which was OK, but we forgot and the resort was practically empty and they still would not allow us to make a late reservation we asked for a king size bed. We received two full beds. They said they will push the beds together and make one bed. They push the bed together and left a 3 inch gap so we still had two beds we had to ask multiple times for anything we needed , the food was subpar. The drinks were subpar. I would not recommend.

The adult pool was excellent , no kids , the buffet was sometimes a challenge because some parents would not supervise there kids and let them run around and make a lot of noise .

Food was great, service was excellent, not much of a beech, locals next door, lots of travel options, slower wifi (but free) rooms were very nice Lots of boats in the bay, activities people were amazing, pools were nice and clean Entertainment was awesome every night Music was loud at the one pool but enjoyed it Not to far of a ride to PV 9/10 recommend

Family pool should be the adult pool, swim up bar shouldnt have children around it. Limited entertainment. Nice resort, but expensive for its size.

Great hotel with excellent service and lots of options to just stay and relax or come to go on excursions facilities are first class and the food is very good though i recommend to stick to freshly made options over the food in warmers only minor suggestion is better wifi coverage throughout hotel and ad usb port to the room outlets other than that had a great time and can easily recommend this hotel to anyone looking to enjoy puerto vallarta
