I enjoyed my staff at dream onyx. Hector was my butler and handled everything for me with no issue. He made everything so easy and super quick. I disliked the resort drinks as they did not appear to have alcohol so if you visit just come prepared if you need a strong margarita bring something with you. Outside of that I would visit again. The food was okay but not many choices, you won’t starve but try to get into the specialty restaurants if you can.

I visited to Punta Cana for my 28th birthday and had a great time at Dream Onyx. I was provided assistance by VIP Concierge Javier. There was a minor hiccup with our room and Javier quickly found a solution and accommodated me & my boyfriend. Javier provided exceptional service. I had a great time at the resort and great birthday thanks to the service provided by Javier! We will definitely be returning to the resort during our next trip to Punta Cana.
