Everything was great about the resort. The entertainment was very good at night. The service was spectacular. Definitely bring dollars to tip. It wasn't overly crowded and had a great spot on the beach. They make you feel special. The food was not the best. It looks like they have all the ingredients to make everything, they just dont really know how to make it. One of many examples, I ordered a French toast for breakfast which is offered. They brought me toast topped with some slices of brie, strawberries and condensed milk. We also ordered the salmon ravioli one night (also on the menu) and they brought a piece of cream cheese wrapped in smoked salmon....that isn't a ravioli. Again we had a lot instances of this to the point that we were trying to decipher what on the menu would actually come out correctly or be cooked well (why overcook lobster!?). Someone just needs to come in with actual cuisine experience to guide how all of the restaurants are preparing and cooking food.

Not a fan of the hydrotherapy circuit at the spa as they move you around like an assembly line. Not used to that as I thought I would have more time. Felt like I was on the clock. Bear in mind, I understood the need for it. Other than that near perfect resort.

Late in restocking the bar in our room. Poolside bar tender near the 11000 building would NOT make a double shot when asked & tipped for it!!
