A/C broken in room. Couldn’t find us another room . No offer for upgrades due to the inconvenience. When they finally moved us to same type of room, due to rain, upper area of room was flooding. And for some reason the remote control was always missing after they came to clean

We were downgraded from our swim up room upon arrival, as were many other people which we were told during the week by many other unhappy, downgraded people. Those who fought, were able to eventually get the room they booked. We were able to get ours 2 days into our vacation. The rooms were not cleaned well. We were faced with long black hairs throughout our room and bathrooms by the previous occupants. The beach is a disappointment. It is all rocks and you can’t go into the water. You can use a public beach/lagoon to the left of the resort. This beach was also dirty with garbage. If you bought the privilege package for drinks, you won’t be able to get privilege drinks in the restaurants. Our butler Jose was wonderful! He made sure that we were well looked after the entire stay and made all of our dinner reservations for us and made sure any other requests we had, were filled.

We enjoyed every restaurant we tried and the resort is wonderful. Very relaxing with a great layout. Great options for fun in the water including multiple pools, lazy river, and a lagoon with sandy floor.

Stay was nice and OK. Staff should do a little better with bringing new towels and changing the garbage BEFORE new people stay in the rooms. We didn’t have new towels the whole time we stayed and asked everyday.

We arrived very late as our flight was delayed. There were still a nimber of people checking in but it went fairly quickly. Our shuttle driver assisted us to our room with our luggage which was appreciated. There were a number of food venue's to chose from over the course of our stay and the buffet was lovely. A few more gluten free, labeled items would have been nice. The lagoon was a nice place to swim. Loved the weather and service was generally excellent.
