The staff’s exceptional friendliness and helpfulness truly stood out. Despite arriving early from the airport and finding our room not yet ready, they graciously offered to hold our luggage, allowing us the freedom to explore without the burden of carrying our belongings.

I was not able to pay a deposit with 5 different credit cards, all have an excellent credit history and a large credit Shortly after the hotel’s machine rejected all our cards we paid with one in Nordstrom and another in a sushi restaurant Luckily, we had cache to give a large deposit at the hotel. We are leaving on the cruise tomorrow for a week and leave the country the day of return. We don’t use US dollars. All situation left us very uncomfortable and hotel receptionist was very strict

Staff did not have correct information, and due to their lack of being informed of what policies can be flexible I had to pay for two rooms. This was my favorite hotel, not anymore. Please do not get me started on how i heard a guest in a wheelchair get misled on a wheelchair accessible room, talking to yet another misinformed staff member. Disgusted and not happy with my stay.
