No hot water, broken towel racks and toilet paper holder, the entire hotel smelled like mold and you can visibly see mold in the AC vent.

The room smelled of mold/mildew. The carpets looked to be from the 70's. The air conditioner did not work well, had to go buy a fan to keep cool. Our stay was for 5 days checked out after 2 days but was only refunded for 2 days due to staff not noting I had been standing at the checkout desk for 15 minutes prior to check out time so by the time she got to me it was after checkout time. Will not stay here again.

Unit on its way down. Pool pavers all sinking and uneven creating trip hazards. There were no grills like flyer stated. One elevator out other one slow ( faster to take stairs to 4th floor) Coffee canter broken but yet they filled it up every day!? When I mentioned it they would say “ yes I know “

Like the hot tub and pool. Upon entering the room, the smell of mildew hits you. Very musty, unbearable. Asked for another room that did not have this smell but same problem. Dirty toilet in 1st room and broken deadbolt
