Our check-in went smoothly. Jamesy at the front desk was great. The room is very basic, but appropriate for the price. The bed was comfortable. Very convenient to Busch Gardens.

The front desk staff were amazing! We did have to change rooms, the first one smelled of cigarette smoke. Staff made the change easy! Breakfast was a disappointment. We wondered why in our reservation we got a list of food, however not all was available. We went down at 915 and yogurts and sausages were gone and not replaced. No fresh fruit and the only eggs were hard boiled in the shell. I’m celiac. There were three cold cereal choices but no gluten free like Rice Krispies or Cheerios. No fresh fruit either.

Stuck in an elevator - Stay Away
The room has been updated...the bed was good...the towels were good. The breakfast consisted of cereal and waffles. Its an older property that has been renovated. The 2nd day I was stuck in an elevator for 15 minutes. The doors wouldn't open. It wouldn't move up or down. I pushed every emergency button there was. I even called the front desk and got no one to answer. Finally, the door opened and I went to the front desk to let them know what happened. The girl at the desk was upset that it happened. I never heard anything from the management...they didn't seem to care. I didn't even get any housekeeping for 3 days. They are still blaming COVID for their lack of work.
