Not staying at the Valhalla again.
Sevice when checking in was good. Room was good. Pillows sucked. People in next room to me were up fighting all night and banging things, slamming doors, yelling screaming swearing. So i had no sleep and had a drs appt in the morning then had to drive 4 hours home so i was pretty tired. Then went for a shower and there was no shampoo. So when i checked out i told the front desk about it and she seemed to not give a care in the world only said that i should of called the front desk about no shampoo. I was already in the shower so wasnt gonna get out and call them to bring me up shampoo. It should of been filled prior to me checking into the room. No apologies nothing, so i will not be staying there again.
