Our stay was great thanks to the staff at the DoubleTree. The concierge was awesome setting us up with our travel to see Niagara Falls and even our transport to the airport. Only knock is the hotel is dated and possibly needs an update. Other than that, great experience.

The service received was extremely discriminatory. There was a tone of distrust with the guest, and implications of fraud when there was no reason to be. This resulted in a 2 hour delay to check in. No where in the order confirmation does it mention a requirement for a credit card to check in, especially as this was a gift. When checking out, guest was asked to wait until Staff reviewed the room, which is not the standard. The website used to get credit cards for incidentals has terrible user interface. It is hard to navigate on mobile, and does not produce any error codes/messages to try to resolve the issues. Upon payment it indicates payment was received by CHESTNUT PARK HOSPITALITY LTD. with no indication that this was for the Hilton Doubletree - which is confusing.
