When we came to check in there was no one in the lobby, for about 20 mins we waited for the front desk staff to come back for check in. It was a little weird and eerie. We had a room with a kitchenette and the next day we looked through the cupboards to find out where everything was to prepare a meal, and my husband opened the cupboard above the microwave and the was a pizza box with a slice of pizza in it. We did let the front desk attendant know. Apologies were given. The fitness room could use a little TLC, the bike squeaked with every peddle and it wasnt the most ideally ventilated room for working out. The pool is very cold and doesn't really look like the photos. All in all, the room was good other than the previous person pizza, and the parking was good and very central to downtown. However, I think we will look for a different accomodation on our next trip for the pool and fitness facility to be a bit better.
