Our lake view room was spacious and very nice during our four nights on a holiday weekend. The room was clean, well appointed, nicely decorated. It had plenty of 110v ac connections to charge all of our devices. I didn’t notice many usb ports like those all european hotels, where I’ve stayed. Hyatt should be proud and grateful to have an exceptionally marvelous staff team!. Friendly, efficient, caring, and accommodating!

One of my favorite hotels! Would definitely stay here the next time I'm in Chicago! We had a beautiful river/city view, room was very clean, staff was friendly, nice coffee shop, great gym, great location! A bit expensive but expected for the city.
