Under construction
As of middle of February, the place was under construction and the entire place smelled like paint, including the rooms. Only saving grace for the first night was that we ordered spicy food, so it smelled like that until the garbage was changed, then it went back to paint smell. Horrible!

Great stay! Big kudos to staff and management team on immediately finding a solution to an issue that arose due to on-going renovations. Clean rooms with lots of space. Great breakfast! Stayed before and will stay again!

The staff were amazing. Was nice to have breakfast available in ams. The pool and exercise room were handy and the kids used both Unfortunately there were renos happening and those doing them on our floor weren't very polite, or accommodating. ( one dude wasnt impressed when we had to get off the elevator) Ia sure our next stay there will be better once the renos are done.

The children enjoyed the waterslide.
I stayed here with my family for three nights while attending a conference in Edmonton. My children love to play in the water, so the pool was a huge hit. They spent multiple hours in the pool area, enjoying the water slide, while I enjoyed the hot tub. I also took advantage of the fitness area. It had adequate equipment, but only had free weights up to 40 lbs, which limited the workouts I could do. The breakfast options were really good as well. There were always eggs, and different meats on different days. There was also the typical continental breakfast options. There was a sign up that said the hotel was currently being renovated, but we did not notice any renovations going on while we were there. There were a few minor cosmetic issues in our room, and the blow dryer was not working. The front desk was very receptive to hearing about the small issues and wrote them down. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. All areas of the hotel were clean. We enjoyed our time at this hotel and will stay here again. One thing to note is that it seemed to be a popular family destination, so it was quite busy. This did not affect the quality of our stay.

Had a great stay. Only downside was the puppy that someone had and couldn’t keep quiet as well as the young kids running up and down the hallways after 11 and before 7.
