Pas du tout apprécié beaucoup trop chère pour ce que ça vaut et même pas certain si c’était piscine chauffée ou un hot spring. L’hôtel a grandement besoin d’être rafraîchi juste en voyant le tapis de l’entrée j’avais envie de repartir. Point positif le paysage est superbe

L'envionnement d'Harrisson Springs a tout pour plaire.
Toutefois, on sent que l'hôtel est un peu vieillot. Confortable tout de même.

This hotel was way ahead the worst we had on all our trip in the BC (and for the same average price of 250$/night) The hotel is well located (in front of the lake) and has beautiful pool but the actual room and service was a disaster. You feel that you enter a scam when we got there with our luggage’s and couldn’t borrow the cart without any valet service. Told the Valet I didn’t have cash money, said ok and turned back leaving me with all luggage’s of 2 adult and a children… got to the room “garden view”, felt you were in the 80s, never renovated, bad smell, ugly and dirty carpet. No balcony, poor view, uncomfortable beds and linens was so old and used that it was scratching our skin. Toilet paper was really poor quality too, in sum it was the same as a Motel but we paid price of a resort…at checkout they never asked how was our stay I don’t know if they didn’t dare or again poor quality service.
We highly do not recommend this place.

Thank you for your comments. We appreciate your frustration however we do operate the luggage carts as they are in high demand. We do offer many rooms with views and balconies - these can be selected when you make a reservation.
