Great view!

Not “Luxury” only “Adequate”
Publié le 18 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe apartment was fairly clean, sparsely decorated, and adequate. The elevators are dirty and smelled. Two towels for two people for two days was so cheap. No top sheet on the bed. Just a fitted sheet and a comforter that was obviously not washed since the former resident used it. One bedside table only. So you lay your phone on the old and dirty carpet? Only a bag of Doritos was a welcome gift. Don’t expect the wine the listing shows. So, luxury is not a good title at all. But the worst part is the check in process. You have to download an app to get in the building. The owner failed to tell us that. We waited in a dirty garage for 30 minutes waiting on a response from him. Then he told me I was rude for being frustrated by his lack of response. All together, I would pay double and stay in a hotel so I could be closer to the baseball game we came to watch. I actually came home a day early because it was such a major disappointment. Nothing luxury there. Only adequate.

Nice weekend in Houston

Perfect Location
Publié le 12 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayLoved the place!! Great location, close walking distance to venues. Easy and plenty of parking in the garage. Easy check in and a very nice place. My wife and I enjoyed the complimentary wine before our concert at the House of Blues a few blocks away. We will definitely be staying here again, made our anniversary date even better!!

Couldn't Sleep
Publié le 18 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayBeautiful condo but the noise was terrible. The windows are so thin they sounded like they were open. The towels, pillows and bedding was sparse for four people.

Hyrox Weekend
Publié le 18 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThe location was perfect for the Convention Center only a 10 min walk. The apartment was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, cozy and super comfortable. Host was easy to get a hold of and was great at answering all my questions. Definitely would recommend this location for anyone.

Nice Apartment Terrible Communication
Publié le 10 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWe have stayed and now left the next day and still do not have access codes to park or get into the locked doors to the building. The host never registered my car to park. I had to do it myself through the apartment leasing office. I called and messaged over 20 times to get the access code to the app needed to get into the building and only received to codes sent over 30 minutes later and they were timed out. The host never called or text back to help us access the building. We had to wait and follow people into the building at night in downtown Houston with two children. Very disappointed in the communication.
