Check in staff was very quick and helpful. Beds are comfy. Definitely recommend!

The property needs a tummy tuck, not a full face lift but a tummy tuck. Torn bar height chairs in the dining area and peeling desk chair cover in the room need to be addressed. My room, Rm 215, leaked water after it rained the day before I checked out. I let the front desk know, but I'm quite sure this was not a first time occurence. The room was adequately clean and stocked. I would stay there again if given the opportunity.

We take comments such as yours to better ourselves in our ongoing efforts to create the best possible guest experience. I am sincerely sorry to hear about the condition of the furniture. I am happy to announce that we actually placed an order for new soft goods, including desk room chairs, and should be receiving it in the next couple of months. We also recently replaced all room windows so I am sad and surprised to see that there was a leak. I have notified my engineer and we will be thoroughly investigating this. Again, I greatly appreciate the feedback and hope that you will come back to see our improvements.
