Lots of fun for both kids & adults but the outside of the property could use some serious updating!!!

It is off season so it was very quiet which was nice . It was close to downtown New Braunfels where we were attending an event and very affordable. The room was clean and welcoming however one of the double beds had a broken beam . If did not collapse but should have been picked up by staff before our arrival.We enjoyed our stay overall.

Weekend Peace

Only concern, there was no safety bar in the tub/shower. Had a great time otherwise.
