We tried to check in three times and were promised different times because our room was not ready. Our room is in a main corridor and our door has been knocked on three times by strangers. The pool attendant was friendly. The front desk staff seemed flustered. However, we were dealing with an overwhelming amount of snow so perhaps they worked a double shift or something.

Getting worse and worse each year
Terrible experience usually always have a plate of treets every kids birthday we attend and rent a room the stuck is in the dungeon part of hotel with screws sticking out of the walls wasent happy all and all
