Relaxing and Refreshing
The view from the large and quite private balcony is mesmerising. Wonderful beach only a short walk down the steps from cliff top. Also an easy cliff top walk and short cave boat rides for a reasonable cost. I liked the antique furniture. The apartment was very clean and the refrigerator and Oven must be brand new. There is no need for air conditioning because the ventilation from the sheltered garden at the back is very cooling through the apartment. If you are an eco friendly person you will be very impressed with how well the apartment has aged, and that it hasn't been filled with unnecessary flat pack furnishings. Every morning from 9.30 you can buy pastry and coffee from a small cafe near the bus no 2 stop which is just at the foot of the building. The locals are very friendly both in the building and on the street. They are a small quiet community and will have a chat with you if you want. The wifi in the lobby is very good. But my IT friend set me up with free wifi in the apartment by means of the equipment placed in there. Otherwise I believe you need to pay a small charge to a provider and you can ask about this. You probably won't need it. You'll be too busy enjoying the view and the beach. Absolutely wonderful short break!

Nice location, beautiful view, ocean and the beach just a few steps away. The apartment is very big and clean, you can see the ocean from your bedroom or balcony. Very nice experience, thank you Antonio and Homeaway, definitely I would recommend!

Leider gab es weder Wifi noch Kabel oder Satelliten TV, wie in der Beschreibung vermerkt. Die Möbel sind extrem verschlissen, und die Sitzpolster vom Balkon mussten wir erstmal waschen. Es wäre schön wenn die Vermieter etwas mehr in die Ausstattung investieren würden!

Tolle Lage, Terrasse, Aussicht. Die Wohnung selbst bräuchte eine Renovierung.
Die Terrasse und Aussicht ist traumhaft. Aber der Wohnung benötigt dringend eine Renovierung (Küche, Bad, Armaturen, Möbel). Für Wifi ist ein kleines Vodafone Modem in der Wohnung, und man muss eine Prepaid Karte für z.B. 15 Tage und 15 € kaufen. Das geht. Einfacher, kostengünstiger und gästefreundlicher wäre aber eine fest installierte Karte.

mangelhafte Wohnung in toller Lage
Erster Eindruck war sehr schön, da der Ausblick einfach unschlagbar ist. Lage ist toll, direkt am berühmten Dona Ana Strand und fußläufig in 15 Minuten in der Altstadt oder 10 Minuten beim Spar. Betten im Schlafzimmer sehr gut, im Kinderzimmer recht hart. Badezimmer sauber und geräumig, aber Armaturen sehr schwerfällig und in die Jahre gekommen. Küche sehr spärlich ausgestattet, abgezähltes Geschirr und Besteck, alte Ausstattung von Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle und Herd, Kaffeemaschine war ok. Leider viel beim Kochen ständig die Sicherung raus, lag vermutlich am alten Herd. Größtes Manko war aber der kaputte Kühlschrank. Es gab praktisch keine Kühlung, Temperatur lag gefühlt bei 20 Grad, was dazu führte, dass unsere Lebensmitteln zum Teil verdarben und man nichts Sensibles länger als 1-2 Tage lagern konnte. Das Eisfach funktionierte zum Glück, so dass es wenigsten mal ein gekühltes Bier oder Wein gab, vorausgesetzt, es war nicht zu lange drin und gefroren. Free WiFi würden wir definitiv auch nicht unterschreiben, da es dieses in der Wohnung einfach nicht gibt. Lediglich in der Lobby des Appartmenthauses war dieses verfügbar. Die Wohnung alleine hätte wirklich 5 Sterne plus verdient, aber mit der vernachlässgten Ausstattung leider nur 2-3 Sterne, sehr schade. Am Ende haben wir uns aber trotzdem sehr gut erholt und können sagen, dass der Urlaub allen gut gefallen hat, auch den Kindern, nachdem wir ein mobiles Datenpaket extra dazugekauft hatten.

Apartamento muito bem localizado, a poucos passos, estamos na praia d Ana, num prédio calmo e seguro. Tem com vista para o mar, com boas áreas, o quarto de casal e a sala( varanda comum) onde tem o essencial para desfrutar da magnífica paisagem. Casa de banho grande. Para o outro lado, tem mais 1 quarto, cozinha e zona de lavandaria. Estas são áreas pequenas. Decorada com mobiliário antigo. Internet apenas na recepção do prédio.

Alles wie beschrieben.
Wir haben eine saubere und rustikal eingerichtete Ferienwohnung vorgefunden. Der wunderschöne Meerblick vom Balkon hat uns jeden Tag wieder verzaubert. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter lief super . Wir kommen gerne wieder. Sicher könnte der ein oder andere Stuhl mal ausgetauscht werden.

Vue conforme aux photos et descriptif. Appartement très propre à l'arrivée. Mais pas de wifi sauf à la réception du building, ce qui constitue aujourd'hui un handicap et ne correspond pas au descriptif. g. Téléviseur des années 70. Cuisinière vieillotte et ustensiles de cuisine à compléter. Par contre, matelas de très bonne qualité. Pour ceux aimant se faire bronzer sur la terrasse, le soleil ne fait que la raser.

Schöne Lage, sonst nichts.
Wir waren das 2. und letzte mal in dieser Wohnung! Wenn von 6 aut dem Balkon vorhanden Stühlen nur 3 nutzbar sind, ist das für uns nicht ok. zumal bei einem Stuhl sogar die Gefahr einer Verletzung bestand. Der Aufforderung an den Vermieter den oder die Stühle zu reparieren oder tauschen, kam der Vermieter nicht nach. Die Antwort war "es gibt genug Sitzgelegenheiten in de Wohnung" Wir haben uns darauf hin einen bequemen Stuhl gekauft (5,49 € und eine halbe Stunde Zeitaufwand). Wir haben uns nach einer anderen Wohnung umgesehen und auch für unseren nächsten Aufenthalt gefunden.

Sehr schöner Urlaub mit traumhafter Aussicht
Sehr schöne, große Wohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick von Wohn- und Schlafzimmer auf die Felsküste. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem 5 stöckigem Wohnhaus in Massivbauweise und hat wie beschrieben einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind geräumig. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht, teilweise aber etwas alt und nicht zusammen passend. WLAN funktioniert nur im Eingangsbereich hat aber ausreichende Geschwindigkeit. Alles OK, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wunderschöner Ausblick, geräumige Wohnung, Ruhe, schöner Strand - wir kommen wieder!
Wir hatten zu Viert (Eltern und zwei Kinder von 3 und 18) zwei tolle Wochen in der Wohnung. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist wunderbar und wir hätten den ganzen Tag dort verbringen können. Während die Sonne brannte oder es sehr windig war, war der Balkon vor beidem geschützt, wir konnten bei Wind hier sogar Karten spielen! Der Strand direkt unter dem Haus ist wunderschön, eingerahmt von den berühmten Felsen der Algarve. Man kann bei Ebbe durch das Wasser zu benachbarten kleinen Buchten waten oder dorthin schwimmen. Es war traumhaft. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben großzügig, komplett und gemütlich eingerichtet, wenn auch hauptsächlich mit älteren Möbeln. Stört überhaupt nicht! Die Küche ist recht klein, aber zweckmäßig und daneben gibt es einen sehr nützlichen Abstellraum, in dem auch die Waschmaschine steht. Koffer und Strandutensilien können hier gut untergebracht werden. Zu Fuß sind wir (über den "Schleichweg" unter dem benachbarten Hotel entlang, auf den man über die Treppe gleich rechts vor dem Haus gelangt) in knappen 15 Minuten in der Altstadt gewesen. Ohne Buggyschieben und Fotostops geht das sicher auch schneller. Hier gibt es viele Restaurants, Bars und Geschäfte. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Super Lage 95 Stufen zum strand ☺ große Wohnung aber alles schon etwas älter,aber sauber
Wohnung ist geräumig mit WM Haus ist sehr hellhörig und es wurde regelmäßig mitten in der Nacht (ca 5.00)vor der Tür mit Laubbläsern u.ä.gearbeitet -Wohnung War sauber aber vieles recht alt und könnte mal erneuert werden -die Lage wirklich direkt am Strand ist unschlagbar

Die Lage ist optimal, sehr nah am Strand und zu Restaurants und Pubs nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnzimmermöbel sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, ebenso die Badewanne und die Küche. Aber alles hat funktioniert. Großes Wohnzimmer mit Eßbereich, zwei Schlafzimmer (eins mit "Vorraum"), Bad, Küche. Der Balkon mit Meerblick ist vom Wohnzimmer und dem einen Schlafzimmer aus zu betreten. Größe ca. 120 m² Tiefgaragenstellplatz war auch dabei.
