There are some parts of the room needs a bit of TLC but aside from that, the staff were war., friendly and professional. Breakfast was divine and the restaurant lunch was delicious. So good, we ordered room service dinner. Loved the stay x

Very beautiful hotel. Just wish it was in a more convenient area. Being that I’ve been spoiled by another great hotel and its area, I compared this hotel to the other one and it just felt like it lacked just a bit.

Outstanding customer service and food
The hotel was excellent in so many areas of hospitality. Excellent greeting of customers and helpful with early check-in if possible. Food was amazing and so grateful for no screaming children. Viking river cruise people must stay here. We walked over to our ship. Breakfast buffet was wonderful for clean eating and others who want something sweet. I've traveled around the world and was very impressed with so many options. Thank you for taking such great care of us.

We stayed here for 5 nights and hotel Jakarta did not disappoint. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. We had a balcony facing Amsterdam city centre and every morning/evening we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the world go by. If you like cruise ships it’s a lovely bonus when they dock. Breakfast is included in your stay and has a wide selection of hot and cold options. The pastry selection changes every day too. On site you also have Bakery Westers which have lovely pastry’s, cakes, drinks and lunch options. The hotel offers room service which is very fairly priced. Make sure to try the noodles! Every staff member we dealt with in the hotel was very friendly and went the extra mile. The hotel is the perfect position for Amsterdam it’s a short 15 minute walk to Centraal station or there is a bus stop right outside or the tram line is just over the bridge. We would 100% stay again if we were in Amsterdam.

Great hotel
Everything was fantastic: the free breakfast, the hotel decor, the view..... except for one thing. There is an option for a king or twin bed... I am completely with 2 tein beds being pushed together to make a king bed but a king size topper should be placed on the bed. That way the twin size toppers don't start slipping off the bed when youre turning or moving about.
