Was here for 3 nights and had a great stay!! Was initially concerned about the outside noise at night but was pleasantly surprised to see that the hotel was conveniently tucked away from all the noise on the main streets with all the nightlife. Everything is still super close and within a very short walking distance (5mins or less) though you have to deal with some hills here and there depending on where you want to go. Would not recommend if you are older and require assistance walking due to hills and small sidewalks. My wife and I (26 & 27) had no issues getting around and walking places. Lots of convenient shops, restaurants and bars all around in walkable distances. The first morning we woke up at the tail end of breakfast as we were jet lagged and the staff was nice enough to make us some fresh eggs since most of the food had been taken! Would definitely stay here again when I return to Lisbon !

Convenient location to core of Lisbon/tourist attractions! Staff was very friendly and provided clear instructions on how to enter the accommodations! Could be slightly loud if on first floor as can hear outside streets however the room was very large with two TV, kitchen, all kitchenware and would definitely recommend!

Simply can’t go wrong with this property for the price and location it was fantastic. We opted for the private bathroom room and it was great. Only negative there was that there is no AC but they did have a big fan.

Our room was great and the staff was very friendly! If you’re staying in the summer just be advised that we didn’t have AC access directly within our room but a fan was provided. The staff was welcoming and willing to hold our luggage until our room was ready. We opted for a private bathroom room which was in a separate building than the lobby. There’s no elevator so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs. The room was close enough to the water to walk which was great and lots of food options nearby with a daily market of sorts to shop for clothing and other items.

While this B&B is near a couple of good restaurants and a well stocked Mercado, plus a main street and a street car that takes you to the downtain area of Lisbon, it is a bit difficult to reach if walking with luggage. The hotel does not have an elevator to reach the check in desk nor rooms on upper floors. We were placed in a decent room that was right next to the little dining area so were awakened by people talking in the morning. There also was an incesstantly barking dog in the nearby apartment that awakened us and barked a lot during the day, making napping impossible when we were trying to rest between our treks into downtown Lisboa. The cost for breakfast seems a bit high and food choices appeared a bit below average. Their is a very good and quite reasonable breakfast cafe less than a block from the inn where we ate twice and really enjoyed. The prices were much less than the meager breakfast choices at the inn. The twin beds in our room were wuite narrow and not that comfortable, but were ok for the most part.TV. Bathroom was decent and had plenty of good hot water. Unfortunetly, we heard a lot of the plumbing noises in the walls, which made going to sleep at night a bit difficult. Positives were tge pleasant staff and proximity to a hilly main street that leads to a shopping mall plus an H&M and other well known stores by walking a ways down the hilly street. The inn also is close to a street car (“Bica”) that climbs up and down the steep hill from Bairro Alto.

Reasonably price and comfy in the heart of Lisbon
Basic comfortable room with a TV and plenty of space. The shower was a bit small and as a fairly tall man, I wasn't able to stand under it fully. About expected for ~£80 a night. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and quick in checking us in and out. We didn't have breakfast. We saw what it was however, and it seemed expensive for €12 when you're right near many amazing restaurants serving cheaper and better food. The location was fantastic, very near many bars and restaurants, and tourist attractions in Lisbon.

Great value for money and had everything we needed! The location is quite convenient for accessing the tourist spots without being in the centre of it. The room was spacious and clean with a mini fridge and kettle. We also appreciated the water dispenser in the common area since it was super convenient for filling up our water bottles before going out to explore everyday. Really an excellent B&B!

Only stayed for a night but it was enjoyable. The staff were very friendly. Wish there was AC or a fan in the room as it can get warm at night and leaving the window open allows too much noise.
