Very well appointed and clean property. Free minibar as well as games room were excellent! Timing of free shuttle was a bit sporadic. Bigger room bins or more bins in the hotel would be useful too. ATM in lobby not dispensing cash which caused a headache. Staff mentioned this has happened before so it would be good to have machine replaced or have a sign on the machine while this error keeps occuring.

Staff/room/service/views/ location was 10/10 - Ostensibly a 5 star hotel in every aspect. But... the pool area is tiny and heaving with kids. Also this hotel does not serve alcohol, so BYO if thats a problem for you.

Great property! Excellent beds, very clean rooms. The token system is fun. We redeemed it for massages and the kids enjoyed the at the pool cafe for snacks. Well maintained hotel with amazing staff. They have a great shuttle to the pier or the metro. It was so easy to get around the city. The game room was a real hit for my teens. Buffet breakfast had good options for everyone, excellent coffee too. I would definitely recommend this property if you have teens or older kids, lots for them to do.

Hotel beautiful, view from the pool amazing. My room included breakfast. In the breakfast they disappointed me, the food was mediocre, the hot food was always cold, the recipes are not refined, the dressings for salad were really not ok… balsamic dressing was thick like if they poured a bottle of honey on it…too sweet and very thick, the Caesar dressing was more like a mayonnaise dressing and again too thick, ginger dressing only first day was available, coffe not good… BUT SERVICE WAS GREAT!

This hotel is a hidden gem! Brand new hotel (only 7 months old!), and they even upgraded me as my Expedia Gold member. Loved the free tokens for souvenirs and the fun cruise-like game room! Plus, the shuttle to the subway station makes exploring a breeze. Highly recommend!
