Staff was very friendly - we traveled with 6 people ages 19-55. There was always something to do - grounds were very clean and staff was friendly and willing to help. Pool was beautiful.

The staff weren’t always very helpful and our room faced a loading dock. It was supposed to he a suite so assumed that came with a view. Tram services was confusing and at one point, we were stranded at the main gate coming back from an excursion. When I called the front desk, they bell person hung up on me. I thought it would be a benefit having a large resort campus but it made navigating the resort confusing and difficult.

I didnt like the shuttle central transportation service. They didnt pick us up at the lobby to go to the airport after it was prepaid and told us they couldnt get in the gate and we had to pay a taxi to get us to the airport. I would not recommend their service to anyone!

The pool bar staff and entertainment were phenomenal! We enjoyed staying here. We stayed at a different Bahia property last year and really enjoyed it, so we knew this would be better since it was adults only. Luis and Isaac were wonderful to us and we just can’t say enough about the friendliness of the Dominican people. 10/10!!
