The grout line around the tub had an inch of mould over it...absolutely disgusting. The service at the booking desk was top notch. I expected better of Ramada for cleanliness

The pool was freezing, dirty. Bought 2 chocolate bars from the machine and both were expired by 1yr. Also, there was no water to purchase from the same machine. The girl at the counter was trying to tell me it was a manufacturing date! This hotel is really not to Ramada's basic standards

Rooms were clean however not much space inside to move around without stumbling on the furniture. Bathroom was clean. No complimentary breakfast offered for the cost of staying there which was a downer. Overall OK for the price.

I've never seen a hotel have power bars with everything connected. Dirty. Furniture never moved to be cleaned. Uncomfortable pull out. No extra blankets. Pool was like an ice bath.

We got off the highway earlier and called to see if we could check in before 3 and were told 2 would be okay. We got there and they charged us $15.00 extra to check in at 2 - what a surprise. We travel a lot and have stayed there before. Never have we been charged extra for a whole hour anywhere The pool was cloudy, so we didn't swim. Everytime we go there it gets dirtier and dirtier. We were not at all impressed and the $15.00 charge was very peddy.

Room was clean except for the small piece of poop on the toilet bowl..yikes! Also, metal bed frame stuck out 3 cm from the end of the mattress. My husband hit it with his leg and lucky there were not cuts, as there would have been a blood bath due to his blood thinners. Also, our room was ground floor close to the exit for the garbage to be removed from the facility..12:30 am..lots of unnecessary noise for a few minutes while they unloaded and returned. The view from the window was a broken skid, a very messy drive way, some empty water bottles, and a black car parked parallel to our room window amongst other unslightly things. Regardless, we got a good sleep but not worth the $..If it was half the price, it would be easier to accept.
