Péssimo hotel.
O hotel é muito ruim. O banheiro é velho. As janelas são sujas e embassadas. Falta papel higiênico no quarto. O café da manhã é muito fraco. A recepção do hotel é muito apertada. Caso você precise conversar e aguardar na recepção fica impossível, NÃO tem cadeira e você fica em pé no corredor pequeno onde passa outros hóspedes que saem e entram no elevador. Recepção é péssima. A limpeza do quarto não existe, o hospede que tem que solicitar, inclusive pedir papel higiênico. As toalhas são trocadas a cada três dias. A cama estava rasgada na lateral e suja. Solicitei o melhor quarto e paguei por um de péssima instalação. O meu pedido era quarto com janela e varanda para a rua. Solicitei a troca e me ofereceram um quarto nos fundos. O quarto que fiquei estava mofado e sou alérgico, acabei comprando álcool líquido e borrifei no quarto para tentar dormir. Enfim NÃO recomendo. Estou decepcionado com o aplicativo que possui colaboradores sem qualidade.

Quarto confortavel, mas a porta do box do banheiro não fecha, a água do banho escorre por debaixo do box molhando todo banheiro, acústica do quarto péssima, você ouve claramente tudo que o quarto ao lado esta conversando. chegando no quarto com a bagagem o cartão não funcionou, tive que voltar na recepção para habilitar o cartão novamente. Ótima localização do Hotel.

Passamos somente uma noite, o hotel e bem no centro, proximo a tudo. Os funcionarios da recepção da parte da tarde são uns amores, pedi um cobertor extra para o funcionario da noite e não fui atendida. O cafe da manhã inicia as 6:30, conversei sobre a possibilidade de um cafezinho rapido umas 6/6:15 pois eu precisaria ir embora bem cedo, fui autorizada porém seria o que estivesse disponivel esse horário, justo. Porém, chegando na sala do café umas 6:00 um senhor foi extremamente grosso com minha familia, depois de consultar a recepçao e ver que não eramos "invasores" voltou mais educado, mesmo assim foi bem constrangedor. As tomadas do quarto estao marcando 110, mas tem uma no quarto que fiquei que é 220 e nâo esta sinalizada, coloquei minha escova secadora e na hora subiu um cheiro de queimado e fez um barulho forte, parou de funcionar Reportei na recepçao o ocorrido pois achei que tivesse queimado, mas como percebi rapido e tirei da tomada, a escova tem um fusivel e depois de esfriar voltou a funcionar. Se atentem a isso. Fora isso, tudo certo. Hotel limpo e camas confortaveis.

Hotel bom pelo custo da diária, só o chuveiro que caia pouca água e por ser elétrico quase não esquentava, para ficar quente tinha que deixar quase fechado, então o banho não foi muito agradável, mas o café da manhã é ótimo também, poderia ter mais variedades de frutas.
