Sea Colony parking passes are issued based on the number of guest badges purchased per unit. Each unit is allowed a maximum of 2 parking passes per rental period.
1-2 Badges = 1 Parking Pass
3+ Badges = 2 Parking Passes

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Check in was easy and view was spectacular...that is about all the positive feedback I can give. For starters, we purchased the linen package. There is NO WAY our bedspreads were EVER laundered. My brother-in-law's room actually had a leaf and dirt on his bedspread. We received 3 rolls of 1 ply toilet paper to last 4 people for a week and 1 roll of very thin paper towels. No dish soap, or basics of any kind. Secondly, the furniture is so disgusting, I actually had to use some of the sheets from our linen package to put over the sofa! Finally, there was construction on the balconies on building to the right of us...about 12 feet away for 3 of the days we were there (beginning at 7:30am). All of the workers were smoking and apparently other neighbors thought it was us, so we had TWO visits from "Bill, the security guy" telling us not to smoke...despite the fact that we told him we don't smoke on his first visit. I don't know if all of the properties in the Sea Colony are the same, but I will NEVER stay there again.

Right on the beach, ocean view
Really nice! This condo was clean and well-appointed, and very comfortable for 7 people to sleep. We were pleasantly surprised by the spectacular views of ocean and sunrise, and so easy to go on and off the beach. Only critique is that communications were a bit confusing because the property management company sends so many agreements and emails... we weren't clear if linens were included (they are!) and what the exact deal was with beach passes and parking passes. We ended up having to spend extra $ on beach passes, and getting a parking ticket for staying in the garage too long. But otherwise, I highly recommend this property!

Ocean front therapy
The units ocean front view and access made it very simple to enjoy our vacation and relax. The condo was nice, but some of the furniture needs to be upgraded. Overall we would stay there again.

Sea Colony Clutter
This property looks great in pics but in reality it is best up and worn out. Sliding doors to den were broken and useless. TVs that kinda worked, wifi that kinda worked. Just seems like it’s been rented a ton and not well cared for. Plus I had to clean the tub cuz of gunk one there when we got there and the toilet cuz there was time in the seat. Gross! I hate cleaning my own bathrooms - cleaning my vacation bathroom is the pits!
