Fantastic river and city view from 22nd floor. Room was small but fine for one and clean. Comfortable bed and nice lighting. Extra powerpoint would be good - standing a kettle on top of toilet is not safe. Alternative was on top of phone handset. Why not provide a small capsule coffee machine instead of tubes of instant Nescafe?

The room was extremely hot we asked for a fan to be placed in the room, yes I understand we were facing west and the sun is directly on us but the air con should still cool us down. We stayed there approximately 6 months ago and the tv would not work so we got changed to another room. In the lift we spoke to a maintenance man who was replacing a tv in another room due to the same problem! When we stayed last time we were city view, we could hear some music from the pub downstairs however as we had a river view the music was that loud it kept us up most of the night!

Room was nice and clean with good views Food was very average. Received a call after 9pm (I was asleep) from reception stating issue with my card and to come down and fix it. Was perplexed why payment wasn’t taken upon checking in, or if there’d be an error, call me the following morning. Couldn’t get back to sleep after that.
