Fantastic river and city view from 22nd floor. Room was small but fine for one and clean. Comfortable bed and nice lighting. Extra powerpoint would be good - standing a kettle on top of toilet is not safe. Alternative was on top of phone handset. Why not provide a small capsule coffee machine instead of tubes of instant Nescafe?

It is clean but a bit dated decor. A bit expensive but the location is approximate wonderful if you like to go to a restraunt or the casino as I they are safe.walking distance The police station is nearby as well as the new.casino Parking is next door UG car park which the hotel endorses the tickets but it too is expensive Overall the staff were friendly and attentive without being ov endearing. The service was quick and simple and their local knowledge was perrect. Recommended

The staff were absolutely welcoming and so considerate and helpful. They were very efficient with each person but you never felt rushed. The lady I dealt with (Marsha I think her name was, I was coming off night shift so brain was a little spaced) was warm and inviting, one of the best customer service interactions I’ve had.
