Nestled in a quiet, established neighborhood near upper Burton Creek, this townhouse has the inviting home away from home feel. From the speakeasy front door to the honeysuckle covered courtyard fence in the back, you'll be enjoying your decision to stay. Rest and recharge in the 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1928 sq ft home. The master suite welcomes rest on a king bed, large two person walk in shower, and vanity with two sinks. The second room also courts rest with a king bed and nearby bathroom with a tub/shower and single sink. Also, a queen air mattress provided upon request at no charge with a built-in compressor, 18 inches deep when fully aired, complete with bedding.

Enjoy the ability to cook in the well-equipped kitchen with a 5-burner gas stove, 2 rack electric oven, and 2.2 cu ft microwave. The Charbroil gas grill (gas provided) provides another option for outdoor cooking enthusiasts.

Roku TV and Wi-Fi are there for your use. Roku TV viewing requires your personal subscriptions.

Park in the private parking spot in the rear of the house or along the wide quiet residential street in the front. Coded electronic locks will make your entry and exit a breeze. Exterior security cameras on parking and entry areas for added protection.

Football weekend
Spent the weekend with some young Sea Aggies for the return of the A&M/tu game. What a beautiful location. Safe, quiet and convenient to the Bryan shuttle to campus

Very nice place
We came for an A&M football game and the house was very nice. It was clean, roomy, and the neighborhood is quiet. It is about 15 minutes from campus. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay again.
