Welcome to our holiday villa Sunshine. Your future holiday home is located in the quiet and exclusive part of Cape Coral. The south facing house guarantees you sun from morning to night.
The three suites of the same size are all equipped with king-size beds and 55 inch TV flat screens. All bedrooms have direct access to the pool. Other amenities include a walk-in closet and individually controlled air conditioning. A special feature that you will appreciate during your stay.
Each suite has its own bathroom with floor-level shower. Sufficient towels and bath towels, as well as a hair dryer are a matter of course. For your entertainment we have installed a Sonos loudspeaker in every bathroom, on which you can play your favorite music while taking a shower.
The living and dining area will inspire you. The open design with the modern kitchen creates a unique feeling of space. Through the large glass front you can enjoy a wonderful view of the canal and Tiki Hut from everywhere.
The dining area offers enough space for six people.
From the comfortable couch, they can enjoy the multimedia system with Netflix, Amazon or YouTube TV on the 75 inch flat screen. A Playstation 4 with many games is ready for them. The Sonos sound system takes care of the perfect sound.
In the fully equipped kitchen, they will miss nothing. The complete equipment is from renowned manufacturers such as Kitchen Aid or WMF.
Since vacationing in Florida usually takes place outdoors, we have attached great importance to the equipment of the outdoor area.
The extra wide Infinity saltwater pool with integrated spa is the center of the terrace. Both can be comfortably heated on cool days.
The outdoor kitchens have been individually planned and installed by a specialist company. The large built-in Bulls grill and the two side burners are perfect for taking cooking outside. An integrated extractor fan keeps the terrace smoke-free. So nothing stands in the way of an extensive original American BBQ.
If you are more into relaxation, you can make yourself comfortable on the lounge furniture. To further increase the cosiness, the coffee table can be used as a fireplace. For entertainment, we have also installed Sonos loudspeakers and a television set on the terrace.
The whole terrace area is protected with a cage against annoying insects.
The first coffee in the morning at sunrise or the well-deserved “after-work beer” at sunset directly at the waterfront under the Tiki will remain an unforgettable moment in your vacation. As well as feeding and watching the countless turtles. And if you want to try your luck at fishing, no problem, two fishing rods are also available.
For the golfers among our guests, we have something special: three complete golf sets for free use. Whoever has ever travelled with golf baggage knows how to take advantage of this.
